From November 26 th -28 th, the first RENEXPO R Austria, international trade fair and conference for renewable energy and energy efficient building and renovation will be taking place in the Trade Fair Area Salzburg. The trade fair and conference covers the entire range of regenerative energies and energy efficient construction and renovation. The main emphasis will be placed on bioenergy and passive houses. No other trade fair in Austria offers as broad a range of topics as the RENEXPO R Austria . Over the next years, its aim is to become the leading national energy trade fair of Austria.
About 100 exhibitors are expected from the areas of manufacturing, planning, energy supply as well as experts from research and development, trade associations, media, ministries and public administrations that will introduce their products, services and newest innovations to 4,000 expected visitors.
As a special highlight, the exhibition will be set up as a city with a Wood Energy Avenue , Solar Street , Hydropower Street and Heat Pump Lane ensuring a clear structure of the trade fair themes.
During the three days of the trade fair, high quality conferences will be taking place, including the "1 st RENEXPO R Austria Conference for Woodenergy", the "1 st Austrian Energy Advisor Day", the "1 st Expert Conference for Renewable Local-Heat and Micronetworks", the "Energy-Contracting Workshop", the "1 st Austrian Heat Pump Forum", the "1 st International Small Hydropower Conference for New Development, Renovation and Revitalization" as well as the conference on the topic of "Easier Building - Better Living" presented by Baugenial. Further conference themes include, among others, biogas, wood construction, passive houses, solar energy and wind energy.
Along with the conferences, visitors have the additional chance to inform themselves further at free presentations on current trends and innovations in the energy supply of the future.
The trade fair is presented under the auspices of Austria 's Federal Minister of Agriculture Niki Berlakovich as well as Sepp Eisl, State Administrator of Salzburg.
Strong network partners are supporting the trade fair and will guarantee a high quality event.
